About Me

Born and raised in Washington, DC, I enjoyed growing up in the Anacostia community. I began my career in the modeling industry in 2009, where "beauty" was often defined by the surface and the camera lens. While I loved the artistry, I realized I wanted to do more than just represent an image—I wanted to understand the science of the skin and use my business acumen. This led me to transition into Aesthetics, where I could empower others to master their own glow. I officially launched SL Beauty in 2021, 'SL' stands for the Standard of Living. But as the business grew, so did my personal health battle.

Now ushering the SL Beauty & Strength era, This mission is deeply personal for me. In August 2024, I underwent a life-saving kidney transplant. That experience redefined what it means to be 'healthy' and showed me that our quality of life is built on a foundation of physical resilience AND self-care.

I am dedicated to raising the standard for the Black community by merging Physical Training and Aesthetics. I understand that true confidence comes from being strong enough to overcome life's battles and feeling radiant while doing it. Whether we are in the gym building your strength or in the treatment room refining your glow, we are working toward a higher standard of living. I’ve fought for my strength—now, let me help you fight for yours!

I love being a part of the vibrant DC community and look forward to welcoming you to the Standard of Living family
